Our specialists suggest engineering solutions based on required material properties, generation of sketches and drawings of finished parts and conduct laboratory tests of raw materials and prototypes. Our laboratory is accredited and licensed to carry out QC of different PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene or PTFE) materials:

Molding grade PTFE resin and paste extrusion grade PTFE resin
Compounds and semi-finished compound parts based on PTFE with such fillers like carbon coke, molybdenum disulfide, glass fiber and others.
Insulation tubing and PTFE tape

The laboratory conducts tests of density, tensile strength, elongation at break point and rate of wear. Compression testing (deformation and fracture) and flexure (elasticity) testing are also carried out. Other engineering plastics can also be tested by our lab as specified by the client.

Before sending the products to our clients we test them in our own licensed laboratory.

The prototypes also may be sent to the laboratory specified by the client.

The base material for making the compounds is PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), one of the modern and unique kinds of plastic. We can make compounds with different physical, chemical, mechanical and electrical insulating properties, by mixing PTFE with different fillers. Today the most popular compounds are:

PTFE + 20% of carbon coke

PTFE + 15% of carbon coke and 5% of molybdenum disulfide

PTFE + 15% or 25% of glass fiber

PTFE + 15% of glass fiber and 5% of molybdenum disulfide

PTFE + 40% or 60% of bronze

PTFE + 17% of nickel and 3% of molybdenum disulfide

PTFE + 40% of nickel and 3% of molybdenum disulfide

PTFE + 15% of carbon coke and 5% of carbon fiber

PTFE + 15% of carbon fiber

PTFE + 2% of cobalt blue

PTFE + 10% of aluminum oxide

PTFE + 15% or 20% of graphite

PTFE + 21% of graphite and 7% of molybdenum disulfide

We can produce tailor made PTFE compound materials according to the client’s demand.

Besides PTFE, the assortment of the raw materials for making finished parts includes caprolan and its modifications, nylon-6, nylon-66, nylon-11, ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE), caprone, polyoxymethylene (POM) polyformaldehyde and other engineering plastics.

We have modern equipment at our disposal and produce high-tech and precision products. Our technological base includes:

Milling on the CNC (computer numerical control) machining centers (producing such details as frames, prefabricated constructions).

Lathing on the machines with (producing cylindrical, conical, fittings and mechanical seals, cutting with of the outer and inner thread, drilling and deployment of holes).

Producing by stamping (O-rings for shock absorbers, hydraulic cylinders, mass production of gaskets and seals).

Workshop with high productivity CNC machining centers (mass production of sealing elements for valves and also finished parts according to the design documentation of the client).

Workshop for the production of tapes by skiving (producing tapes for using as cushioning material in construction of gas and oil pipelines, and also in electronic equipment industry).

Workshop with turning stations for production of fleet and probe finished parts batches of medium difficulty with the size range from 1 mm to 800 mm. We produce products with the 7^th level of precision.
